Phil and Jane are currently writing a second Max Romero novel, also set in Granada. It brings together two stories: a contemporary tale of property speculation which threatens the beautiful valley of Sacromonte in the shadow of the Alhambra, and the legacy of a 16^th century saint, who, for a while, was Prior of one of Granada’s monasteries. The new novel starts about two years after the events of Blood Wedding, and continues the story of the Romero family.
